Lupine by Muffyn-Man Lupine by Muffyn-Man
This new peice was inspired by a little research on flowers I did for another project that I will pose soon. I was looking up flowers and there meanings in liturature and folklore, and I came a cross the Lupine flower.

I guess when it was named by early Europeans because they beleived that the plant leeches nutrients from other plants. Then after further research, modern botanists have found out that they in fact add nitrogen to the soil which is crutial to most plants that grow beside them.

Anyways I thought I should showcase a picture of a wolf for a while, but had no idea where I should have started until after I found the flower. So I hope you all like it as much as me.

They were my grandfather's favourite flowers & I was named after them - Lupin.

Oh really? That means a lot to me for you to say that. Their mine because of how they got their name and how misunderstood it was. It got it's name from the Wolf because they thought that the flower was a weed.
